Your approach to classroom management and organization.

Classroom Management Philosophy

My classroom management philosophy is based on principles, approaches, and beliefs that guide my approach to creating an effective learning environment from the following aspects:

Description of procedures used to teach large classes and to utilize group work.

Teaching large classes presents unique challenges, but effective classroom

management can help create a positive and productive learning

environment. A key strategy is to encourage group work, which allows

students to collaborate and stay engaged; it also encourages cooperation

and mutual learning; forming groups with students of similar abilities

makes it easier for faster learners to work independently while the

teacher provides additional support to those who need it; and designating

leaders or monitors within each group so that these more capable

students help their peers and maintain a positive group dynamic.

It has areas for individual, collaborative, and creative work.

The walls are decorated with educational and motivational materials.
